Sunshine and warmth were such a welcome break from the cold northern winter. I enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and setting, which made everything look peaceful. I loved waking up to whale sightings right from my balcony. This hotel is perfect for a multi-generation group, and the absence of college Spring Breakers made it very serene. The staff were welcoming and helpful.
Nothing everything was great!

Surrounded by stunning greenery, this hotel provided an exclusive and luxurious experience for my whole family. The beach access allowed us to admire the breathtaking views of the whales every day from the coziness of our balcony. In addition, the outdoor pool and the sun loungers provided us with a relaxing and refreshing time under the sun. The restaurant's dinner menu was diverse and delicious, satisfying our distinguished tastes.
The hotel's service was not as satisfactory as expected, although it didn't significantly affect our experience. On the other hand, the time-share salesmen's aggressiveness to persuade us to go to a presentation felt uncomfortable, creating a negative experience.

Sunshine and warmth were a welcome break from our snowy winter, and we loved the beautiful landscaping and setting. Seeing whales from our balcony was amazing, and the multiple generational appeal was great for our family. Plus, being away from the college Spring Breakers was a huge plus!
The time share salesmen were quite aggressive, and the buildings were getting a little run down with some minor issues not being addressed. Food options were so-so, and quite pricey. Additionally, the pool chairs were hard to come by as many guests saved them overnight or early in the morning.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the natural scenery was breathtaking. The warm weather and sun was a nice escape from the cold winter back home. We even saw whales from our room! It was a great place for families to gather, and we enjoyed the multiple generations spending time together.
There were some negatives to our stay. The service was not what we had hoped for and we experienced multiple issues with the room like broken fixtures, and the pool attendants didn't start work until late morning.

The location of this beach resort is unbeatable, featuring stunning landscaping and breathtaking ocean views. Visitors can easily spot whales from their room balconies. The rooms, though a bit outdated, are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the resort is ideal for visiting with multiple generations. Plus, there are various facilities available for guests, making your stay comfortable.
Some guests reported issues with pool service that started a bit late in the day.

The scenery and warm climate were a fantastic getaway from the cold climate we left behind. It was great to see whales every day from our balcony, and being away from the crowded beaches was a bonus. It's suited for different generations to bond together, with beautiful landscaping.
The high costs of food options onsite made us wish for alternatives, and the pool chairs were saved by few people every day, making it hard to find a seat. The service pool didn't begin until 10 am, which made it a hassle.

The landscaping and setting at this hotel were stunning, with a beautiful garden area and access to a private beach. The outdoor swimming pool boasted sun loungers and umbrellas, with poolside service that made it feel truly luxurious. The spa centre offered a massage and sauna, which were great for relaxation. In-room breakfast was delivered in a timely manner, and the restaurant served delicious dinners with a great selection of items on the menu. The location was perfect, providing a peaceful setting away from crowded tourist areas.
The pool service didn't start until around 10:00 am, which was a bit inconvenient for early risers who wanted to enjoy the pool before the crowds arrived. However, this is a minor issue compared to how the time-share salesmen aggressively pushed presentations onto guests.

We absolutely loved the beautiful landscaping and setting of this hotel. It was such a refreshing break from our cold winter up north to bask in the sunshine and warmth here. The best part was being able to spot several whales right from our balcony every day. It was a perfect place for a multi-generational trip, away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. The staff here were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We were particularly impressed by our personal bell boy, Isai Carino, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He truly deserves a 5-star rating!
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
