Sunshine and warmth were such a welcome break from the cold northern winter. I enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and setting, which made everything look peaceful. I loved waking up to whale sightings right from my balcony. This hotel is perfect for a multi-generation group, and the absence of college Spring Breakers made it very serene. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Surrounded by stunning greenery, this hotel provided an exclusive and luxurious experience for my whole family. The beach access allowed us to admire the breathtaking views of the whales every day from the coziness of our balcony. In addition, the outdoor pool and the sun loungers provided us with a relaxing and refreshing time under the sun. The restaurant's dinner menu was diverse and delicious, satisfying our distinguished tastes.

The hotel's service was not as satisfactory as expected, although it didn't significantly affect our experience. On the other hand, the time-share salesmen's aggressiveness to persuade us to go to a presentation felt uncomfortable, creating a negative experience.

The time share salesmen were quite aggressive, and the buildings were getting a little run down with some minor issues not being addressed. Food options were so-so, and quite pricey. Additionally, the pool chairs were hard to come by as many guests saved them overnight or early in the morning.

The atmosphere was relaxing and the natural scenery was breathtaking. The warm weather and sun was a nice escape from the cold winter back home. We even saw whales from our room! It was a great place for families to gather, and we enjoyed the multiple generations spending time together.

There were some negatives to our stay. The service was not what we had hoped for and we experienced multiple issues with the room like broken fixtures, and the pool attendants didn't start work until late morning.

The location of this beach resort is unbeatable, featuring stunning landscaping and breathtaking ocean views. Visitors can easily spot whales from their room balconies. The rooms, though a bit outdated, are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the resort is ideal for visiting with multiple generations. Plus, there are various facilities available for guests, making your stay comfortable.

The high costs of food options onsite made us wish for alternatives, and the pool chairs were saved by few people every day, making it hard to find a seat. The service pool didn't begin until 10 am, which made it a hassle.

The pool service didn't start until around 10:00 am, which was a bit inconvenient for early risers who wanted to enjoy the pool before the crowds arrived. However, this is a minor issue compared to how the time-share salesmen aggressively pushed presentations onto guests.

We were particularly impressed by our personal bell boy, Isai Carino, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. He truly deserves a 5-star rating!

We had a wonderful stay at Suites At Pb Sunset Beach Golf And Spa. The landscaping was stunning and the setting was perfect for relaxation. It was a much-needed break from the snow and we enjoyed the sunshine and warmth. Plus, the sight of whales from our balcony every day was incredible! It was also great to be away from the college Spring Breakers on the main beach.

The location was perfect for multiple generations to enjoy, away from the noisy Spring Break crowd. We also enjoyed spotting whales right from our balcony.

We did experience some annoyance with the aggressive timeshare salespeople.
